Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver all over Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh Divisions.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Please place a new order with updated items.

Order status shows “Delivered” but I have not received my order.

Contact us immediately with your Order ID so we can investigate.

Can I get faster delivery?

Yes, we offer Express Delivery (within 24 hours in Dhaka) and Standard Delivery (1–3 days nationwide).

I received different items than ordered.

Unfortunately, addresses cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Banking.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or Pordeshi Wallet.

Why did I not get cashback for my order?

Please check the Terms & Conditions of the offer. Cashback is applied only on eligible transactions.

What is your return policy?
  • 7-day return window for eligible items.

  • Medicines must be unopened, unused, and with intact packaging.

  • Items like refrigerated medicines, baby care, food & nutrition, and personal wellness products are non-returnable.

Can I return partially used medicines?

No. Only sealed and unused items can be returned.

Do you accept cut strips of medicines?

Yes, Pordeshi offers single-unit medicines for flexibility. However, once purchased, cut strips cannot be returned.

What is your standard delivery time?
  • Dhaka City: 1–2 business days (Express: same-day or 24 hours).

  • Other Cities: 2–5 business days.

Can I buy medicines without a prescription?

Yes, OTC (Over-the-Counter) medicines do not require prescriptions. However, Rx medicines require a valid prescription.

 

What is a valid prescription?

A prescription issued by a licensed doctor in Bangladesh, including patient details, medicine name, dosage, and doctor’s signature.
