At Pordeshi, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparent service. Our Refund Policy ensures a fair, fast, and hassle-free process for all customers across Bangladesh.

Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, wrongly priced, or incomplete.
  2. Refunds are generally processed within 1 to 7 business days. In exceptional cases, it may take longer due to bank or payment gateway delays.
  3. For missing items in a paid order, customers are eligible for an instant refund after raising a claim.
  4. In all other cases, the refund will be initiated once Pordeshi receives and verifies the returned product.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s Pordeshi Wallet for faster resolution.
  • Customers can withdraw the refund using their preferred payment method, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can only be withdrawn via bKash.

Claim Policy & Proof of Evidence

To claim any return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide an unboxing video of the parcel as proof. This ensures transparency and helps us verify product issues effectively.
